Our Mission

The Qualified Centre of Education Public Foundation (QCE PF) was established in Astana, Kazakhstan, with a clear mission: to improve access to quality education and provide charitable assistance in various vital sectors including healthcare, education, culture, and sports.
The first step towards achieving this is opening a branch of Cardiff University in Kazakhstan. Our goal is to offer top-tier education that shapes future leaders, with innovative programs and learning environments designed to prepare students for the challenges of tomorrow.
